THE COMPANY

Scierie Tech Inc operates a saw mill that has for
mission the optimization of wood cutting in the species of white pine, hard wood and poplar to supply in superior grades the transformation industries, jointing, doors and windows manufacturing, woodworkers
and wholesalers in various markets.

Built in 1995, the factory made it possible for the company to quickly take expansion, making double the sales turnover in 5 years.

The saw mill, which has a capacity of 20 millions BF per year, operates on two shifts with a team of 48 employees who contribute to the company success by their implication.

DEVELOPEMENT

Scierie Tech Inc deploys many efforts to improve the means of production by using recent management sciences and by supporting the training of its personnel. Several projects were carried out of which the addition of driers and warehouses as well as the opening of a department of short wood recovery which
thus ensure Scierie Tech Inc a future quite as dynamic.

The quality and the diversification of the products manufactured made it possible for Scierie Tech to be distinguished and to thus a better position on the market.

Obtaining the recording to the Standards ISO 9001 proves the responsabilisation of all the employees vis-à-vis the quality of their work and the will of the direction to establish a system of continuous improvement.
