Drying

Four hybrid drying units with heat pumps and 200 HP boiler were installed to augment the line of products offered to better serve the clientele.

Technical Characteristics

Loading by lift;
Capacity of 60,000 BF in 5 rows;
Hybrid dryers : dehumidification, 15 lbs vapour;
Control SII-9550, wireless technology for degree-bt-degree
  temperature control;
Highly technological, modern equipment.

 
Strict procedures for control of the humidity rate have been established.  A minimum of 4 control centres assures a humidity rate that is precise and constant :

humidity reading with a moisture meter with needle during and after drying   daily monitoring of wireless probes with computer support

 fork test   validation by the humidity detector for grading

The results are saved in files for analysis and statistics.
